Step 1: Join Slack
Slack is a communication platform that can be used through your web browser and natively on your phone or computer. It’s best if you download the free app. For desktop or laptop computers, visit Slack.com to download the app. For mobile devices, search “Slack” in your devices’s app store.
If you haven’t used Slack before, you’ll need to register for a free account and create a username and password. Click the button below to create your account. If you already have a Slack account, just tap the button below to login and join.
Step 2: Onboarding Video
Learn everything you need to know to successfully text with Team Talarico. Our training video is important and contains information that both new and experienced texters will need to be successful. Watch the training video below before you continue with the additional steps on this page.
Step 3: Take The Quiz
After joining Slack and completing the onboarding videos, it’s time to take the Text Team Quiz! This is a quick 11-question quiz to demonstrate your technical and program knowledge. Take your time with it. You can take it multiple times, you can refer back to the training videos, and you can — and should — refer to the Texter FAQ document while taking the quiz.
NOTE: Do NOT take the quiz before joining our Team Slack account. Complete Step 1 & 2 before completing this step.

Step 4: Create Your Scale to Win Account
After you complete the first three steps, and if you pass the quiz, you’ll receive a message in Slack letting you know you passed the quiz and resources to get started. This will include a link to create your Scale to Win account, and a link to the #textingteam channel. Create your Scale to Win account.
